- Candidate would be responsible for handling the complete recruitment process (sourcing & screening of the profiles, Interview coordination, offer process, document verification, joining follow up etc.)
- Maintaining the employee’s files & records.
- Preparing the different HR letters (Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, relieving letter etc.)
- Handling all the HR related activities/ tasks as and when assigned by the management.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and Problem Solving skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
